Keynote by Brigitte Brouwers, CEO of CLK Constructions, at the Paperjam 10×6 “CEO and CIO together in the AI (R)evolution” event

On the occasion of the Paperjam 10×6 CEO and CIO together in the AI (R)evolution event, Brigitte Brouwers was invited as a speaker to share her vision of leadership in the age of artificial intelligence.

In her presentation, Ms. Brouwers highlighted a key message: the successful adoption of AI is first and foremost about people. She emphasized the need for leaders to actively involve teams, develop skills, and support change in order to turn AI into a true driver of value creation.

Her talk also underscored the strategic role of leadership in this transformation—providing meaning, building trust, and ensuring the responsible and pragmatic integration of AI technologies within organizations.

This contribution fully aligns with our ongoing reflection on innovation, transformation, and the evolution of management practices in response to today’s technological challenges.

The event brought together several influential leaders from Luxembourg, representing various economic and institutional sectors, for discussions and feedback on leadership in the AI era. Stéphanie Obertin from the Ministry of Digitalisation stressed the importance of making security and ethics a priority in all AI projects led by the state or businesses. Erik von Scholz, CEO of Enovos, explained how AI does not change the nature of leadership, but rather its scope.

The Deputy CEO of POST Luxembourg, Cliff Konsbruck, presented a practical use case: leveraging AI to strengthen customer loyalty and improve the customer experience. Marie-Hélène Massard, CEO of Foyer, stated that while AI is a technological evolution, it also represents a true revolution in terms of power, responsibility, and therefore leadership.

The discussions at the Paperjam event served as a reminder that artificial intelligence is above all a collective project, requiring vision, alignment, and commitment at every level.
